¿Y ahora qué? El entrenador español y actual técnico del Wolverhampton, Julen Lopetegui, sorprendió a todos al señalar que cuenta con la presencia de Raúl Jiménez para la próxima temporada.

Pese a que el estratega español demostró su arrepentimiento por no concederle la oportunidad a Jiménez de disputar su último partido con su gente, este es un gran paso adelante para mejorar las relaciones entre técnico y jugador. ¿Cambiarán los planes de futuro del delantero mexicano?

Lopetegui confirma que cuenta con Jiménez

En una rueda de prensa previa al último encuentro de los wolves esta temporada, el técnico español aclaró que desea que JIménez se quede en el quipo, pesa a estar con un pie y medio fuera desde hace varios meses.

“Raúl tiene contrato con nosotros para el próximo año, por lo tanto, no será su último partido con nosotros porque es nuestro jugador. Espero que continúe con nosotros“, sostuvo Lopetegui.

A pesar de estas declaraciones, la intención de Jiménez de abandonar el club parece firme. Por lo que este domingo, es probable que el futbolista mexicano esté disputando sus últimos minutos con los wolves (en caso de lo que decida Lopetegui, que puede optar por no dejarlo salir del banquillo).
