Cruz Azul: exjugador REGRESA a CASA ocho años después

Tras finalizar una breve etapa en Cruz Azul, fue presentado oficialmente como nuevo integrante de River Plate. En 2015, dejó esta institución para embarcarse en una extensa travesía por Europa.

Aunque ya había entrenado con la plantilla, fue este martes cuando el club Millonario anunció la llegada del defensor. La afición de River Plate lo recibió con entusiasmo, recordando la buena impresión que dejó durante su primera etapa.

¿Cuándo juega Cruz Azul en la Leagues Cup?

El próximo viernes 21 de julio, Cruz Azul se medirá contra el Inter Miami en el partido inaugural de la Leagues Cup 2023, marcando la tercera edición de este torneo regional. La Máquina buscará enderezar el rumbo después de un complicado comienzo en el Apertura 2023 de la Liga MX.

El entrenador cementero, Ricardo Ferretti, admitió que el equipo ha enfrentado dificultades al acumular tres derrotas en el inicio del torneo local. Sin embargo, considera que la pausa en la Liga MX le sienta bien al equipo. Ahora, la Leagues Cup representa una prueba trascendental para determinar el futuro inmediato del conjunto celeste.
