Cristiano rompe el silencio y responde al castigo del Manchester United

Luego de quedarse fuera de la convocatoria para el Chelsea vs Manchester United, Cristiano Ronaldo rompió el silencio y respondió al castigo de los Red Devils.

Cristiano explicó que el respeto a sus compañeros siempre ha sido muy importante para él, pero que a veces la presión del momento te supera.

“Como siempre he hecho a lo largo de mi carrera. He intentado vivir y jugar respetando a mis compañeros, a mis entrenadores y a mis rivales. Eso no ha cambiado. Yo no he cambiado. Soy la misma persona y el mismo profesional que los últimos 20 años. El respeto siempre ha sido muy importante en mi toma de decisiones”, publicó Cristiano en Instagram.

Dijo que, desde muy joven, los jugadores más experimentados fueron un ejemplo para él.

“Ahora, yo intento ser un ejemplo para los más jóvenes. A veces esto no es posible y la presión del momento nos supera”.

El Portugués agregó que trabajará duró en Carrington y que apoyará a sus compañeros para estar listo de cara al siguiente partido.

“Rendirnos a la presión no es una opción y nunca lo fue. Esto es el Manchester United y tenemos que estar unidos. Pronto estaremos juntos de nuevo”, finalizó Cristiano.

¿Por qué castigaron a Cristiano Ronaldo?

El Bicho fue castigado por marcharse del partido que su equipo ganaba 2-0 al Tottenham cuando aún quedaban algunos minutos por jugarse.

El astro portugués, al verse relegado al banquillo, se negó a jugar, lo que le costó ser castigado por Erik Ten Hag, quien no lo incluyó en la convocatoria para medirse al Chelsea este sábado 22 de octubre.

“El delantero de 37 años no formará parte de la convocatoria para el partido de este sábado ante Chelsea por Premier League. El resto del grupo entrenará con normalidad de cara a este encuentro”.
